Temperaville is an industry that specializes in thermal processes for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with over 20 years of experience in the metallurgical market in Santa Catarina. Our expertise allows us to directly contribute to improving the performance of your parts!

Market of Operation

We work for foundries of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, forging companies, machining industries, manufacturers of agricultural and automotive parts, as well as manufacturers of dental products, distributed in Paraná and Santa Catarina.

The history of Temperaville

1992 - On Bruno G. Ponick Street in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Temperanorte Heat Treatment Ltda was born. It was founded by Engineer Quadros with the aim of expanding his business into the Santa Catarina market. He had already been operating in this segment since 1975, with two other factories in Porto Alegre and São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul.
1999 - His son, Andrei Quadros, a business administrator, joined the partnership to work in the commercial and business administration aspect of the company.
2002 - TEMPERAVILLE Industrial Ltda was born with the participation of Andrei Quadros. It was established in the building next to Temperanorte with the aim of providing heat treatment processes for non-ferrous alloys.
2004 - On José Mendes Sobrinho Street in Curitiba, Paraná, the branch of Temperanorte was born, also founded by Engineer Quadros and his family, operating under the trade name TEMPERAPAR.
2007 - The Temperanorte branch started operating under the corporate name TEMPERAPAR Heat Treatment Ltda, which became more widely recognized.
2007 - TEMPERAVILLE incorporated the structure belonging to the headquarters of Temperanorte in Joinville, starting to perform heat treatments on ferrous alloys as well and changing its address to Bruno G. Ponick Street.
2011 - TEMPERAVILLE acquired its first induction machine and vacuum furnace to offer localized hardening and hardening in special steels, respectively.
2018 - TEMPERAVILLE acquired an Ipsen T7 furnace to expand its service offerings in the market.
