Our Structure

Temperaville has a complete structure with an installed capacity to produce approximately 300 tons per month. Our structure includes:

  • Furnace T-11 (Batch): 1100x700x400mm / Max Load: 1,100kg. (Temp, Cem, Carbonit)
  • Furnace T-7 (Batch): 1050x650x450mm / Max Load: 700kg. (Temp, Cem, Carbonit)
  • Furnace P-1 and P-2 (pit-type): ø550x800mm. (Temp, Cem, Carbonit, Austempering)
  • Marquenching furnaces (02): 750x600x800mm. (Marquenching, Austempering - ADI)
  • Bell furnaces (02): 1800x3400x1450mm. (Normalizing, Annealing, Spheroidizing, Stress Relieving)
  • High Vacuum Furnace: 665x480x300mm. Capacity: 200kg
  • Tilting Furnaces (04): 1000x2000x800mm. Load: 600kg. (Solution and Precipitation - T6)
  • Preheating Furnaces (02): (Batch): 1200x800x600mm
  • Tempering Furnace (Batch): 1200x800x600mm
  • Tempering Furnaces (Pit-type) (02): ø740x1150mm
  • Laboratory Tempering Furnaces (02): 250x290x330mm
  • Washer: 1200x800x600mm. Operating temperature: 60-80°C
  • Rotojato Tecjato TBB 350: 150kg load capacity with rubber conveyor.
  • Hot Blackening Tank (01): 1 cubic meter.

To ensure the quality of everything we produce, we have a complete metallurgical laboratory. Our laboratory includes:

  • Microscope - Brand/Model: Topcon. Magnification: 50x, 100x, 200x, 500x, and 1000x
  • Microhardness Tester - Brand/Model: Precision Digital HV-10. (Loads: 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0, and 10HV)
  • Benchtop Hardness Tester - Brand/Model: Wolpert/HT1A (Hrc, Hra, Hrb, HB)
  • Benchtop Hardness Tester – Brand/Model: Pantec/RANS-T (Hr15N, Hr30N)
  • Digital Benchtop Hardness Tester - Brand/Model: Mitutoyo HR-400 (15N; 30N; 45N; HRA; HRB; HRC)
  • Brinell hardness tester - Brand/Model: King: 10mm ball, 3,000Kgf load
  • Portable hardness tester - Brand/Model: LM100 (Direct LD conversion to HB, Hrb, Hrc, Hs, and Hv)
  • Metalographic Analysis Software: Digimet DMM

To make everything more practical, we have a logistics service that carries out the collection and return of materials with its own fleet. It’s more convenience and lower cost for our customers.

We work 24 hours a day in shifts to offer the shortest delivery time for our customers.
